TerriAnne joined The Beasley Firm in 2024 as an appellate attorney. With over 30 years of experience in complex litigation, she has dedicated most of her career to advocating for injured individuals, deceived consumers, and union funds that overpaid for their members’ healthcare and prescription drugs. Her extensive experience includes litigating class action cases in federal courts across the U.S., in multidistrict litigations (MDLs), primarily against Big Pharma, large corporations, and others, whose fraudulent acts and deceptive practices violated consumer protection, antitrust, and other federal and state laws.
TerriAnne has played key roles in several high-profile MDLs, including:
TerriAnne also has represented individual plaintiffs in significant non-MDL matters. For example, in Zylon v. Medtronic, Inc., 2015 N.Y. Misc. LEXIS 1276 (N.Y. Sup. Apr. 17, 2015), aff’d, 137 A.D.3d 462 (N.Y. App. Div., 1st Dept. 2016), her efforts on pre-trial motions and on the trial team resulted in a mid-trial confidential settlement for plaintiff inventor in a theft of trade secrets case against a large medical device manufacturer, and in Edwards v. Erie Coach Lines Co., 17 N.Y.3d 306 (2011), her successful appellate work on a complex choice of law issue facilitated multi-million-dollar settlements for Canadian hockey players, and their families, who were fatally or seriously injured in a bus accident.
Additionally, TerriAnne has represented whistleblowers in False Claims Act cases, including the unsealed case, U.S. ex rel. John Miller v. Carecore National, LLC, 13-cv-1177-RJS (S.D.N.Y.), which culminated in a $54 million recovery for federal and state governments, and a $10 million award for her client.

At The Beasley Firm, TerriAnne focuses on preparing appellate briefs and presenting oral arguments in medical malpractice cases. She has successfully secured new trials in Kline v. Phoenixville Hosp., Co., LLC, 2025 Pa. Super. Unpub. LEXIS 797 (Mar. 28, 2025), and Hagelauer v. Main Line Emergency Med. Assocs., LLC, 339 A.3d 483 (Pa. Super. 2025), where the trial courts’ prejudicial errors were identified. In addition, she has been preparing pre-trial motions and oppositions, and presenting oral arguments, on various motions in limine and motions for summary judgment, related to issues which she and trial counsel anticipate may be subject to appeal following trials.
