David Erbele

Dave is an attorney committed to helping individuals and families recover the compensation they deserve after serious accidents. He represents clients in cases involving motor vehicle collisions, premises liability, dram shop liability, and wrongful death.

Since joining the firm in 2018, Dave has worked closely with Scott A. Bennett, the firm’s leading accident attorney, gaining extensive experience in litigating complex personal injury and catastrophic injury cases.

Before becoming an attorney, Dave worked full-time as a paralegal at the firm while attending law school in the evening at Widener Delaware Law School.

Dave’s passion for helping the injured began when he suffered a devasting knee injury in an accident which caused him to undergo numerous surgeries and years of rehabilitation. He experienced firsthand how insurance companies set out to limit liability and minimize the injured party’s damages.

During his tenure with The Beasley Firm, Dave has recovered millions of dollars in settlements and awards for his injured clients.

In 2021, Dave and Scott A. Bennett secured a $5 Million dollar award in a wrongful death case involving two young men who were tragically killed by a DUI driver while on their way home from work.

In 2024, Dave and Scott A. Bennett successfully litigated a case involving a motorcyclist who was killed due to the actions of a negligent motorist. The case resulted in a seven-figure award.

In his spare time, Dave enjoys weightlifting, golfing, fishing, and spending time with his family.

Born and raised in Philadelphia, Dave attended Roman Catholic High School in Center City Philadelphia. He received his undergraduate degree from Holy Family University and his Juris Doctor degree from Widener Delaware Law School.

He is a member of Pennsylvania Association for Justice and Philadelphia Fraternal Order of Police Lodge #5.
